Creating a “Flying Star Chart” , Natal Chart, Energy Map. Using our Luo Pan Compass we took the directions of front and back directions of house X, these were Facing 358 degrees and Sitting 178 degrees both were within the 2nd sub sectors i.e. S2 and N2. We know that S2 is 9 and N2 is 1, figure out if they are fly using Ascending or Descending. We use the formula “Odd Number is +- – and Even numbers are -++” , so 9 and 1 are odd numbers so +- – is applied this means both use the descending Luo Shu trail

The 24 mountains or directions of a Luopan
The 24 mountains or directions of a Luopan Compass derive from the 8 Trigrams, each trigram constitutes 45 degrees of the compass (8 trigrams × 45 degrees = 360 degrees). Each trigram resides in a sector(45 degrees), this is subdivided into 3 equal parts of 15 degrees each (3×15 degrees = 45 degrees). The total number of subsectors (mountains) 8 X 3 = 24 mountains. 4th Feb 2024 9 Star is the most powerful Star
On 4th February 2024 9-Purple Star becomes the most powerful, Timely Star for the next 20 years. Feng Shui Timelyness , Why is Feb 4th 2024 such a big day for the Feng Shui World?. This is the end of Period 8 and the beginning of the final 20 year Period 9. On 3rd February 2044 the 9-Purple Star completes the 180 year cycle, which started in 1864; ushering in the start of a new 180 year cycle, where the 1-White star becomes the period star; restarting the 180 year process over again.

Feng Shui on the Central Bank of Ireland
I recently completed a Feng Shui project based around the Central Bank of Ireland, a qualitative research methodology was applied in this Project. An exploration of Feng Shui and the impact it has on the Central Bank of Ireland, the Bank’s location and other attributes (construction date, direction etc), the human impact on the banks history, present and future. Central Bank of Ireland (Banc Ceannais na hÉireann) has been in existence for 78 years, it’s been in 3 different locations (Foster Place, Dame Street and North Wall), had 12 different “Central Bank Governors” all men and 1 “Acting Central Bank Governor” a lady for 2 months. This project using Feng Shui(Xuan Kong Flying Star) is about creating a historic timeline over the last 78 years. Every institution has a figure head, England has “The Queen”, America has its “President”, and we have a “Taoiseach”.

Birth of Trigrams
Living organisms reproduce using cell division. In Feng Shui a similar process occurs in the creation of the bagua or eight trigrams, trigram literally means “a figure composed of three solid or interrupted parallel lines”. Legend has it that Fu Xi uncovered the trigrams after discovering the formula for the Luo Shu on the back of a turtle as it emerged from the Luo River, he uncovered the eight trigrams which form the basis for the philosophy in the Book of Changes (I Ching) and is widely used by Feng Shui masters.
