The Luo Shu Trail/Sequence

The basis of creating a Natal Flying Star Chart is learning to “fly” the numbers, using the Luo Shu square(AKA Lo Shu) as your guide.

This is called the Luo Shu trail it’s based on the original sequence.

Starting with 5 for the base Luo Shu Square in the “Central Palace” extending onto
6(North West)
7(West)
8(North East)
9(South)
1(North)
2(South West)
3(East)
4(South East).

Knowing the Luo Shu trail means you can float any number positive or negative numbers; there is no easy way to remember this. Just practice ,practice and more practice!

Once you learn to “fly” the numbers, using the Luo Shu Sequence as your guide.

You can easily “fly” any number positiv

e or negative around the Luo Shu Square.

Starting with 5 for the base Luo Shu Squa

re in the “Central Palace” extending onto

4(North West)
3(West)
2(North East)
1(South)
9(North)

8(South West)
7(East)
6(South East).

So again knowing the Luo Shu trail means you can float any number positive or negative numbers; there is no easy way to remember this. Just practice ,practice and more practice!

This is what it would look like in an actual Luo Shu Chart, top left of each corner(orange) will contain the Sitting Number, top right corner(light green) will contain the Facing number and bottom right corner(blue) square of each sector will usually contain the Annual numb
